Florida Keys Cleaning LLC, doing business as Florida Keys Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or call us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our online quote tool, our phone line, and our text messages.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you request a quote, book a cleaning, call us, or contact us, that may include:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• The address of the property you want cleaned, including any unit number
• Details about the service you are requesting, and any notes you give us such as gate codes, pets, or access instructions
• The content of your calls with us, and of your messages and emails to us

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you use the website, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. When you submit a quote request, we record the date, time, and IP address of the submission along with the consent you gave, so that we have a record of it.

We do not collect or store your bank account or payment card details on this website.

Property records and address lookup

When you use our online quote tool or give an address to our phone assistant, we send that address to a mapping service to locate it, and we then look it up against publicly available county property records. We use the property information returned to estimate a fair price. This is public record data. We do not receive or store any information about your finances from this lookup.

Phone calls, our automated assistant, and call recording

When you call our business line, your call may be answered by an automated virtual assistant rather than by a person, and your call may be recorded and a written transcript of it may be created and stored.

We do this so we can take your request accurately, quote and schedule the work, keep a record of what was agreed, and improve the service. Florida is an all-party consent state for the recording of communications, so we tell you at the start of the call. By continuing with the call after that notice, you consent to the recording and transcription.

If you would rather not be recorded, please tell us and we will stop, or you can contact us by email at michael@floridakeyscleaning.com instead. If you ask our automated assistant whether you are speaking with a person, it will tell you honestly that it is an automated system and offer to have someone call you back.

Call transcripts are kept only as long as needed to run our business and meet any legal obligations, and are treated as confidential customer information under this policy.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, we may send you text messages about your quote and your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and related service updates. These may be sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to:

• Prepare and send you a price quote
• Schedule and provide the cleaning services you request
• Contact you about your quote, your booking, and your service
• Respond to your questions and follow up with you
• Keep records of quotes, bookings, calls, and consents for our own business operations and for legal compliance
• Detect and prevent abuse of our website and quote tool

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you. A price estimate produced by our quote tool or phone assistant is always reviewable by a person, and you can always ask to speak with the owner.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only to the extent needed to provide our services to you. Those include our website host, the mapping and address-lookup service that powers our quote tool, our customer relationship and phone system provider, and our email provider. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the quote tool may not work correctly if you do.

Data retention and security

We keep quote, booking, call, and consent records only as long as needed to run our business and to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us by contacting us using the details below, and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask that we not record a call, as described above. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before you withdrew it, and it will not affect the cleaning services you receive.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
